On 4 July 2013 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel the Moscow Exchange held the fourth Exchange Forum. Its tasks included discussions of a wide range of issues, one way or another connected to the Russian financial market.

The discussion is held by the representatives of state-owned financial insitutions and third-party finance experts. Among others, the participants of the Exchange Forum 2013 were the first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, the Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov and the President‘s Assistant Elvira Nabibulina.
