Italian international corporation on 30 January 2013 held the official launch ceremony of the factory for the production of tires in Voronezh.

The ceremony began with a presentation of the new venture, which was conducted by Carlo Costa, the CEO of the Russian branch of the concern Pirelli & C. SpA. After the presentation the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov and Carlo Costa launched a conveyor by pushing the symbolic start button simultaneously.
